Dentwork Glasgow have a very methodical repair process system that we call “keys to keys”. This is what will happen between you handing your keys to us and when we’ve completed your repairs and give you your key back.

From drop off to pick up your car is in safe, reliable and knowledgeable hands. This is how we care for your vehicle, whether it’s a car, van or motorbike, we’re sure you’ll be delighted with our service.

What Will Happen To My Car?

We like to explain exactly what will happen when you contact us at Dentwork Glasgow. We look after your vehicle and will process your repair starting with estimating the cost of the work, through to valeting and final quality checks.

1. Estimate car.
2. Book in.
3. Order relevant parts.
4. Car on site.
5. MET Dept – Car stripped and further assessed.
6. Any additional parts ordered if required.
7. Panel Dept – Vehicle undergoes repairs.
8. New parts trial fitted if necessary.
9. Customer updated.
10. Paint Dept – Vehicle prepped, primed and sanded.
11. Vehicle colour matched and paint mixed.
12. Vehicle is cleaned, masked up and put in spray booth.
13. Vehicle refinish takes place.
14. Car de-masked, taken outside and quality checked.
15. MET Dept – Rebuild.
16. Painted area is flattened and polished, taking out any imperfections.
17. Quality check.
18. Valet.
19. Final quality check.
20. Customer receives car back.
